FHA Mortgage Rates Below 5% in Ohio and Virginia

According to a recent Nationwide Mortgage article, brokers indicated that Ohio, North Carolina, Tennessee and Virginia mortgage rates had dipped below 5 percent on 30-year FHA mortgages.
